As of November 3, 2016 we will offer a weekly 60 to 90 minutes clinic each Thursday in Cologne for all performance levels. We start at 6:30 p. m. at the Jahnwiesen; the clinic is guided by our cooperation partner ProAthletes.

 

In case you are keen on running and would like to join like-minded people you are very welcome! Our competent trainers will make you fit during winter time by a diversified training.

This clinic is for all people interested in running. You only pay EUR 20.00 per month. And of course you may join and leave the clinic every month.

As of now we offer diverse training plans with our competent partners ProAthletes and the Triathlon Crew Cologne. You can purchase them for little money on the TrainingPeaks platform. Please find below getting started plans. Thus, you can assess whether you like a guided training. Further plans will follow soon! Stay tuned!

Marathon Getting Started (Beginner)

This training aims to build the basis fore a more systematic marathon preparation. If you hva been running but not on regular basis this plan will give you a soild structure for the next four weeks.

Inhalte: running form/technique reduced volume high/low intensity core training

Dauer: 4 weeks

Marathon Getting Started (Advanced)

If you have been running 3-4 times a week this plan is the first step towards systematic marathon preparation. It aims to further develop the basics and familiarise with 1-2 additional running sessions per week.

Inhalte: running form/technique high/low intensity core training

Dauer: 4 weeks
